The year is still young, and already Serviceplan Group is active with the next step in its internationalization strategy. Europe's biggest independent agency has gained the majority in “Louder” (Louder Aktiv LLC). The 50 employee strong Moscow agency specializes in events, marketing communications, PR and trend marketing in both classic and digital, and so rounds off Serviceplan Russia's portfolio.
Munich, 5th February 2015 – Europe's biggest owner-led Agency has been active in Russia since December 2011. Now the 12 strong team is receiving further support in Russia. The takeover of Louder agency continues the extension and completion of Serviceplan Russia's portfolio in the classic and digital areas. Florian Haller, Group Managing Director, continues the internationalization of the Serviceplan Group with this move.

Louder focuses on events, marketing communications, PR and trend marketing. It’s clients include adidas Originals, Porsche, Diageo, Heineken, Media Markt, s.Oliver, Tommy Hilfiger, etc. The owners represented by Managing Partner, Anna Antonova, who is native Russian, alongside General Director, Danilo Lange, whose German roots will support cultural communication.
The next target is to create a House of Communication in Moscow, which will be achieved with the coming establishment of Mediaplus there. Outside of Germany there are already Houses of Communication in Brussels, Dubai, Milan, Vienna and Zurich.
Serviceplan and Internationalization
In 2006, Group Managing Director Florian Haller began to implement his vision of the Serviceplan Group as the first globally active agency group with German roots. Since 2011, Markus Noder, as Managing Director of Serviceplan International, has headed the group's internationalization.
In addition to its German locations in Munich, Hamburg, Bremen, Berlin and Cologne, further Houses of Communication have come to Vienna, Zurich, Paris, Milan, Brussels and Dubai with further affiliate branches in Moscow, Delhi, Beijing, Shanghai and Seoul. The aim is to develop Houses of Communication at all locations, providing all communication disciplines under one roof.
Close cooperation with other agencies has enabled the Serviceplan Group to be present in the most important global commercial centres. The Serviceplan Group's close ties with Creston Unlimited ensure it is represented in the UK (London) and the USA (New York). In Latin America Serviceplan's partner, Ariadna, has branches in Buenos Aires, Bogotá, Lima, Mexico City, Miami, Panama City, Santiago de Chile and Sao Paulo. The group's Spanish partner Publips has offices in Madrid and Valencia.
About Anna Antonova and Danilo Lange
Anna Antonova, was born in 1982, studied economics and management in Moscow State University of Management and MBA in Brand Management. She worked in business development and communication for Red Bull in Moscow and Austria, before joining Louder in 2007. She has extensive expertise in marketing strategy and show management. She was also rewarded by key industry prizes.
Danilo Lange was born in 1973 and studied economics in Munich and Hartford University. He worked in Yahoo Germany and Red Bull Austria. In 2003 he started Red Bull Russia LLC and worked there till 2007 as business development director. In 2007 he started his own agency business in Moscow.
