Best Brands — the annual project of Serviceplan Group and GfK as the global partner, won silver in the category "Best Communication Research" at the XXI International Festival of Advertising and Marketing Communications Silver Mercury
Best Brands — an independent international marketing award based on representative consumer attitudes research. In choosing the finalists, the Best Brands award is based on a brand score rating, calculated with two indicators. One is a market share or commercial success. The second is a share of soul or emotional appeal. In determining the winners, the GfK examines the feedback from consumers received during the representative survey and analysis of panel data, which ensures openness and objectivity at all stages of the study. The GfK approach allows to determine the strongest brands by choice of consumers without a jury.
